Information :

The A01-LVDS Interface AMC (Advanced Mezzanine Card) is a fully integrated FPGA based LVDS transceiver card.  The design features Altera’s™ ARRIA® GX FPGA in the F780 BGA package.   The backplane interface is user configurable to support several interface standards including:  PCI Express, Serial Rapid IO, and Gigabit Ethernet.  The front panel VHDCI connector supports 28 transmit and 28 receive LVDS links sourced from the FPGA (and two clock signals for each transmit and receive connector).  Additional features include:  two 512Kx36 synchronous SRAMs, an IPMI 1.5 compliant MMC (Module Management Controller), a 32Mbit serial flash, two onboard temperature sensors, USB communication/debug interface, and a 32bit Mictor debug connector.

• Altera® Arria GX FPGA in BGA 780 (EP1AGX35, EP1AGX50, or EP1AGX60)

• Backplane interface support for up to two x4, four x2, and eight x1 data pipes in PCI-E, GigE, and SRIO.

• Two separate 512K X 36 Synchronous SRAM devices

• IPMI 1.5 compliant controller

• Single Transmit LVDS interface (VHDCI connector, 68 pin)

• Single Receive LVDS interface (VHDCI connector, 68 pin)

• LVDS data rates up to 800 Mbps

• Single USB interface (mini connector, 5 pin)

• 32 Mbit serial flash with programming header

• Two board temperature sensors

• Single Mictor debug header (attached to FPGA,  32 bit + clock)
