Credit card orders are processed automatically and shipped out promptly.

Bank Wire Transfer is accepted for order payment. Select "check" for payment method at order checkout (enter any number such as MMDDYY date for check number). We will email you with bank wire transfer instructions. There is an extra 10.00 bank fee for wire tranfers less than 500.00 US.

Check payment can be provided with online orders. Check payment will require 3 days for check processing after receipt at our office. We will send you an email upon receipt of your check. Please write your order number on the check and mail to:

Shipping carrier can be selected during online purchase (UPS or USPS). There are several selections based on service desired. Total shipping charges to your location are shown online before your order is placed. Orders generally ship 2-3 business days after receipt.

International orders are shipped via USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL (5-7 bus. day transit time) or UPS WORLDWIDE SAVER (2-3 bus. day transit time). All international orders require a recipient signature for delivery.

Customs/Shipping delays can significantly affect international order delivery time. Customs/shipping issues must be handled by the recipient through the local customs/shipper office.

Customs/Import fees may also apply to international orders (any order shipped outside the US). These fees are payable by the recepient, and are not included in the order charges.

Please verify your order quantities upon shipment receipt. All short order claims must be made within 5 days of order receipt.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, please return your order in original condition within 15 days of order receipt. You will receive a full refund, minus the shipping charges.
